Job Summary
Provide hands-on patient care under nurse supervision, including assisting with personal hygiene, mobility, transfers, and monitoring vital signs. Document important information in patient charts; support compassionate care and end-of-life needs. Be able to safely lift/move up to 50 pounds and work across multiple units on the Resource Team with flexible assignments. Required: Basic Life Support (Health Care Provider) within six months of hire; high school education or equivalent (GED) preferred; valid driver’s license. Entry-level role with paid/on-the-job training and opportunities for career growth.
