Patient Care Technician- Resource Pool- FT

Coordinate patient care, cleanliness, and safety across multiple hospital units including Emergency, ICU, and Pediatrics. Assist patients with activities of daily living, transport supplies and specimens, and document observations for licensed staff. Perform technical skills such as phlebotomy, wound care, and equipment maintenance while maintaining regulatory compliance. Support admission, transfer, and discharge processes, manage unit scheduling, and facilitate patient flow using departmental software. Serve as the primary point of contact for patients and visitors by answering phones, screening calls, and modeling service excellence behaviors.
