Job Summary
Patient Care Technician needed at Andrews Institute ASC to support pre-operative and post-operative care, escort patients, obtain vital signs, assist with gowning/dressing, and perform clinical tasks under RN supervision (including measuring height/weight/BMI, urine pregnancy tests as applicable, obtaining vitals and EKGs, and assisting with discharge/transport). Must maintain privacy and professionalism, communicate effectively, and support a calm environment. Requires high school diploma or equivalent and current BLS certification; experience in a surgical/outpatient setting preferred.
