Job Summary
Provides patient-centered care under RN/LPN supervision; assists with activities of daily living, collects vital signs and samples, performs glucose monitoring, supports meals and hygiene, helps with mobility and positioning, maintains infection control and safety, communicates with the care team, and participates in performance improvement initiatives. May require continuous observation of patients and adherence to PPE and safety protocols; duties include documentation and collaboration within the team.
Required Qualifications
- BCLS - Basic Life Support within 90 days of hire required
