Job Summary
Assist nurses and therapists with direct and indirect patient care, safely transport patients throughout the organization, and pick up and deliver x rays, supplies, scans, mail, and other materials. Support smooth and efficient patient flow within the clinic and participate in quality assurance and quality improvement activities to help maintain a safe, organized, and patient-centered care environment. This per diem third shift role offers valuable clinical exposure ideal for individuals exploring or beginning a long-term career in nursing or healthcare.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or High School Equivalency Diploma
- one (1) year of full-time direct patient experience
- three (3) years of full-time experience in a healthcare setting
- three (3) years of full-time face-to-face customer service experience
- Matriculation in a Nursing Program
- Degrees must be conferred by an accredited school, college, or university, or by an institution recognized by Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center and/or Health Research Incorporated as adhering to acceptable educational standards
