Patient Care Technician Per Diem Night 12 Putnam

Provide direct quality care and service to patients of all ages under the direction of the Unit Manager or designee. Perform nursing skills encompassing patient care and relative tasks while maintaining a safe, quiet, and comfortable environment for patients, visitors, and employees. Demonstrate accountability for job responsibility and functions. Requires significant manual skills, motor coordination, and finger dexterity with the ability to exert up to 50 lbs of force. Work involves significant occupational risk and exposure to dirt, odors, noise, and human waste. BLS credentialing required; recent experience as a nurse aide, phlebotomist, or EKG technician preferred. This per diem night shift supports the Surgical 4 North - Ortho department at Putnam Hospital Center.
