Job Summary
Patient Care Technician (PCT) role providing one-on-one in-home or residential-care support to seniors. Responsibilities include assisting with personal care and daily living activities, providing companionship, promoting a safe and comfortable environment, following individualized care plans, and communicating professionally with clients, families, and team members. Flexible schedules include 4-, 6-, 8-, and 12-hour shifts; compensation ranges from $15.00 to $18.50 per hour based on experience and assignment. Required Qualifications

- Able to pass a background check and drug screen
