Job Summary
Provide direct dialysis care to patients under RN supervision in an outpatient dialysis clinic; monitor patients before, during, and after treatment; set up and maintain dialysis equipment; record vital signs and patient data; educate patients on treatment and kidney health; collaborate with nurses, dietitians, social workers, and other care team members.
Required Qualifications
- Accredited High School diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Comfortable around blood, needles, and medical equipment
- Physically able to work long shifts
- Willing to float between local clinics if needed
- Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
