Patient Care Technician (PCT) - MedSurg - PT Nights (3448)

Assist with patient care based on individual patient needs in the Emergency Department within the scope of practice and under direct supervision of the registered nurse and/or physician. Perform duties consistent with the scope of practice while maintaining excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing. Prior Patient Care Technician experience or CNA certification is required, with STNA or PCT preferred, along with current BLS certification through the American Heart Association. Previous experience with an EMR system is preferred.
