Job Summary
Direct patient care under RN supervision in outpatient dialysis clinics. Responsibilities include setting up dialysis machines, greeting patients, collecting treatment details, preparing vascular access, initiating/monitoring/discontinuing dialysis per policies, taking vital signs before/during/after treatment, documenting fluid removal, cannulation, monitoring for adverse reactions, infection control (PPE, universal precautions), assisting with activities of daily living, and responding to emergencies. Requires strong bedside manner, ability to stand/walk for extended periods, lifting up to 30 pounds, and flexibility to work mornings/evenings/weekends/holidays. On-the-job training provided; candidates should have 0.5+ year direct patient care experience and obtain CCHT exam within 18 months and BLS approved by AHA. Authorized to work in the U.S.; sponsorship not available. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- 6 Months of healthcare and/or direct patient care experience
