Job Summary
Record vital statistics and administer basic health care treatments while assisting patients with daily living activities such as dressing, bathing, grooming, and meal preparation. Clean patient living areas and treatment rooms, collect non-invasive biological specimens, and prepare medical equipment. Perform clerical work for scheduling and documentation, providing one-on-one care when necessary for safety. Work 12-hour night shifts (6:00pm–6:30am or 7:00pm–7:30am) three times weekly with every third weekend and holiday commitment. Earn a salary between $18.00 and $24.00.
Required Qualifications
- High school graduate or general equivalency diploma (GED)
- Knowledge of healthcare, anatomy, physiology, medical terminology, and medical equipment/supplies
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
- Required department specific competencies and certifications
- North Dakota Department of Health Nurse Aide Registry (if working in ND and not a CNA)
- Strong communication skills
- Customer service skills
- Multi-tasking skills
- Organizational skills
- Ability to provide one on one care to patients when necessary for safe provision of care
- Availability for 12 hour night shifts
- Availability for weekend shifts
- Availability for holiday shifts
- Ability to work three 12 hour shifts per week
- Ability to work 6:00pm-6:30am OR 7:00pm-7:30am shift times
Desired Qualifications
