Job Summary
Provide safe and effective dialysis therapy under RN supervision; set up and operate hemodialysis machines; monitor and document patient status; assess and manage vascular access, cannulation, and anticoagulation as prescribed; record vital signs, treatment parameters, and laboratory specimens; maintain infection control and prepare for transitions/education; participate in CQI activities and patient education; ensure safe, clean treatment environment and accurate data entry.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- CMS-approved state and/or national certification requirements within the required state or CMS timeline
- All appropriate state licensure, education, and training (if any) required
