Job Summary
Setup and operation of hemodialysis machines; patient care and education; monitor vital signs and treatment parameters; evaluate vascular access and cannulation; document treatment data and maintain accurate records; ensure safety, cleanliness, and infection control; participate in CQI/quality improvement activities and transitional care as patients move through early dialysis care; training and education of direct patient care staff under RN supervision; travel between facilities within the assigned community as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED required
- CMS-approved state and/or national certification requirements within the required state or CMS timeline
- state licensure, education, and training as required
- CPR certification
