Job Summary
Provide patient care under the supervision of the FMCNA RN in the acute dialysis setting; assist with setup and priming of dialysis equipment for renal replacement therapies; monitor and document vital signs, weight, and treatment parameters; evaluate vascular access and cannulate as directed; ensure safety alarms and proper claims of UF/QB/QD modelling; perform post-treatment discharge tasks and maintain a safe, clean environment; travel between facilities as needed; requires High School Diploma (or equivalent) and a valid PCT certification, with 1–2 years of related experience.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma required or its equivalent
- Must have a valid PCT national certification or state specific certification as defined by CMS (Center for Medicaid/Medicare Services)
- All appropriate state licensure, education, and training (if any) required
- 1 – 2 years’ related experience
