Patient Care Technician (PCT) — Cardiac Intermediate Care — Roper Hospital

Assist nursing staff by performing patient care and clerical duties under the direction of an RN; maintain and update patient records; greet patients and provide friendly service; contribute to a safe and organized unit in Cardiac Intermediate Care; requires CNA certification, BLS, and completion of approved nursing assistant or related program; responsibilities include documenting vitals and ADL tasks, reporting changes to the nurse, and utilizing medical terminology in record-keeping.
