Job Summary
Deliver high-quality patient care and support services under the direction of a licensed nurse, assisting with activities of daily living and promoting a safe, therapeutic environment. Provide direct support to patients during challenging moments, observe and report changes in patient condition, and encourage progress toward recovery and wellness. Work alongside nurses, physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to contribute to a multidisciplinary approach focused on whole-person care. Requires a high school diploma or GED, CPR certification within 60 days of hire, and at least one year of patient care experience preferred. Required Qualifications
- HS Diploma or GED
- CPR certification (must obtain within 60 days of hire)
- Must be at least 17 years of age
- Must be actively working towards high school diploma/GED (if under 17 and without current diploma/GED)
- Receive high school diploma/GED within 2 years of hire (if under 17 and without current diploma/GED)
Desired Qualifications
- CNA/EMT/Paramedic certification
- Minimum of 1 year experience working in the patient care setting
