Job Summary
Patient Care Technician (PCT) supports clinical operations and patient experience. Responsibilities include patient intake, taking and recording vital signs, completing registration, preparing charts, coordinating with patients about appointments, handling inquiries, scheduling appointments, and collecting co-payments and balances. Requires strong communication and organizational skills, ability to multitask in a fast-paced healthcare setting, and proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) systems preferred. High school diploma or equivalent is required; medical assistant certification is preferred. Excellent customer service and professionalism are essential.
