Job Summary
The PCT provides patient-centered care on the Med Surg unit under RN/LPN supervision, assisting with activities of daily living, collecting patient data (vital signs, height/weight, intake/output, calories, oxygen saturation), meals and hygiene, mobility, specimen collection, and reporting results; maintains infection control and safety, collaborates with the care team, and supports performance-improvement initiatives; requires BCLS within 90 days of hire and 0-2 years acute-care experience or nursing-program enrollment; weekend daytime shifts in Moberly, MO.
Required Qualifications
- 0-2 years of experience in an acute care setting or currently enrolled in a Nursing program preferred
- BCLS - Basic Life Support within 90 days of hire required
- CNA - Certified Nursing Assistant preferred or Certified Patient Care Technician (CPCT) preferred
