Patient Care Technician - Med/Surg Liver Transplant - Full Time Days - Jefferson Einstein Philadelphia

Patient Care Technician (PCT) provides direct and indirect patient care under the direction of licensed clinical team members in Med/Surg Liver Transplant units. Responsibilities include communicating with the interprofessional team, patients, families and care partners; performing designated patient care tasks; maintaining a safe care environment; assisting with supplies and equipment; conducting patient rounds and responding to calls promptly. May serve as a virtual safety associate and facilitate clinical exams or telehealth encounters using peripheral devices and software (e.g., electronic stethoscope, Epic, Vidyo). Requires High School Diploma/GED and BLS; additional LVHN partner training may apply. Focused on telehealth collaboration and patient-centered care within Jefferson Health in Philadelphia.
