Job Summary
Provide direct, compassionate, patient-centered care under supervision of licensed healthcare professionals. Assist with vital signs, phlebotomy, documentation, activities of daily living, patient mobility, and preparation for procedures. Maintain a safe, clean environment, adhere to infection control and safety protocols, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support patient comfort and outcomes. Assist with admissions, transfers, discharges, and transportation; monitor patient status and document care in medical records. Participate in professional development and maintain certifications as required. Education: high school diploma or equivalent with vocational/technical training. Experience: 0-1 years in healthcare/clinical setting. Certifications: BLS, CPI, SRNA where applicable. Location: Lexington, Kentucky (Main Building, United States of America).
