Job Summary
Patient Care Technician I provides hands-on support within a clinical research setting for participants with psychiatric diagnoses. Responsibilities include assessing psychosocial needs, assisting with activities of daily living, meals, laundry, and discharge planning; coordinating transportation and appointments; assisting with medication dispensing when certified; documenting and communicating changes to the care team; and supporting psychosocial group activities while adhering to FDA, ICH, GCP, CenExel SOPs, and study protocols.
