Job Summary
Coordinate daily patient care including hygiene, skin care, mobility, and monitoring. Perform or assist with procedures such as EKGs, dressing changes, post-mortem care, and specimen collection. Monitor vital signs, intake/output, and drainage patterns while reporting deviations immediately. Administer treatments like enemas or Harris Drips per policy. Provide point-of-care testing and assist physicians with exams. Communicate effectively with the team and recognize cultural needs. Respond to emergencies and maintain patient safety. Complete clinical recognition programs and maintain competency in one-to-one observation.
Required Qualifications
- Proficient in reading and writing in English
- Able to maintain professional composure in medium to high-stress situations
- Effective communication skills
- Non-Graduate
- Basic Life Support - American Heart Association
- Certified Nurse Aide
