Job Summary
Patient Care Technician - Float Pool responsibilities include 1:1 patient observation for suicide prevention and device safety, hygiene care (bathing, grooming, toileting, incontinence care), bladder scanning, assisting with walking, measuring vital signs (temp, BP, HR, RR, SpO2), assisting with feeding, and participating in Basic Life Support interventions under RN supervision. Shift details: part-time with 3 rotating 12-hour shifts (7:00 am–7:30 pm) and rotating weekends/holidays at Providence Portland Medical Center in Portland, OR.
