Patient Care Technician - Float Pool

Under direct supervision, the Patient Care Technician (PCT) supports bedside RN and charge nurse to maintain a safe, clean, patient-focused care environment during 3 rotating 12-hour shifts (7am–7:30pm) with weekends/holidays rotation. Duties include 1:1 patient observation for suicide prevention/elopement/medical device security, hygiene care (bathing, grooming, incontinence care), bladder scanning, assisting with walking and feeding, taking vital signs, participating in Basic Life Saving (BLS) interventions, and ensuring clear communication of patient needs.
