Patient Care Technician **FLOAT PCT**

Patient Care Technician (PCT) FLOAT at DaVita supports patients with end-stage renal disease in outpatient dialysis clinics. Deliver safe, hygienic dialysis care under RN supervision; monitor patients before, during, and after treatment; set up and maintain dialysis equipment; record vital signs and patient data; educate patients on treatment and kidney health; collaborate with nurses, dietitians, social workers, and other care team members. Requires completing an accredited high school credential or GED or equivalent, comfort around blood and needles, physical ability for long shifts, and willingness to float between local clinics. Preferred: CNA, MA, CHT, phlebotomy certification, or healthcare experience.
