Job Summary
Assist patients, family members, and visitors in the Emergency Department by providing direction on internal hospital services. Serve as an ambassador for Deaconess Memorial Medical Center, cultivating an atmosphere of courtesy, respect, empathy, dignity, and optimism. Demonstrate knowledge of the developmental needs of the patient population specific to the department. Maintain CPR Provider-C certification and possess training or experience in customer service. High school diploma or equivalent required; eligible for weekend shift incentives and flexible full-time, part-time, or supplemental schedules.
