Job Summary
Under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, provides patient care for critically ill patients, performing assigned duties in accordance with SRH and Nursing Services Policies. Functions in a supportive role to communicate patient care needs and resolve work-related issues, and performs other duties as requested by the Nurse Manager or Department Director. Requires High School or equivalent and appropriate CNA/Nurse Aide or related certification (including BLS); positions at Edgefield, SC, with night shift responsibilities.
Required Qualifications
- High School graduate or equivalent
- Current S.C Nurse Aide Certification OR passed fundamentals in RN/LPN school OR completed Surg Tech or EMT course OR completed 2-year Health Science Technology Program OR completed Patient Care Tech course (with CNA certification)
- BLS certified
