Job Summary
Provide direct, hands-on dialysis care under RN supervision in an outpatient clinic for patients with end-stage renal disease. Monitor patients before, during, and after treatment; set up and maintain dialysis equipment; record vital signs and patient data; educate patients on treatment and kidney health; collaborate with nurses, dietitians, social workers, and other care team members. Requires a high school diploma or GED, comfort with blood and needles, physical stamina for long shifts, and flexibility to float between local clinics; CNA/MA/CHT/phlebotomy certifications or healthcare experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
