Job Summary
PCT provides direct, hands-on dialysis care under RN supervision in an outpatient clinic. Responsibilities include safe, hygienic dialysis care; monitoring patients before, during, and after treatment; setting up and maintaining dialysis equipment; recording vital signs and patient data; educating patients on treatment and kidney health; and collaborating with nurses, dietitians, social workers, and other care team members. Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Preferred certifications include CNA, MA, CHT, or phlebotomy; healthcare experience encouraged. Compensation includes paid training and full benefits; wage range $20.50-$32.00/hour, with annualized salaries based on hours worked.
