Job Summary
Deliver safe, hygienic, and compassionate dialysis care under RN supervision in an outpatient clinic. Responsibilities include monitoring patients before, during, and after treatment; setting up and maintaining dialysis equipment; recording vital signs and patient data; educating patients on treatment and kidney health; and collaborating with nurses, dietitians, social workers, and other care team members. Requires a high school diploma or GED or equivalent, comfort with blood and needles, physical ability for long shifts, and a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Paid training to become a CCHT with opportunities for career advancement through programs like Bridge to Your Dreams; potential to float between local clinics.
Required Qualifications
- Accredited High School diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Comfortable around blood, needles, and medical equipment
- Physically able to work long shifts on your feet
- Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Willing to float between local clinics
