Job Summary
Deliver safe, hygienic, and compassionate dialysis care by monitoring patients before, during, and after treatment while setting up and maintaining equipment. Record vital signs and patient data, educate patients on treatment and kidney health, and collaborate with nurses, dietitians, social workers, and other care team members. Provide direct, hands-on support under RN supervision for patients with end-stage renal disease in an outpatient dialysis clinic. Requires a high school diploma or GED, comfort with blood and needles, and ability to float between local clinics.
Required Qualifications
- Accredited High School diploma, general education development (GED) credential, or equivalent
- Comfortable around blood, needles, and medical equipment
- Physically able to work long shifts on your feet
- Willing to float between local clinics if needed
- Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to effectively lead and coach others
- Strong attention to detail
- Helping customers gives you energy
- Get charged up by interacting with others
- Must be available for weekend shifts
- Valid driver's license
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs

Desired Qualifications
