Job Summary
Provide direct, hands-on dialysis care under RN supervision for patients with end-stage renal disease in an outpatient dialysis clinic. Deliver safe, hygienic, and compassionate care, monitor patients before, during, and after treatment, set up and maintain dialysis equipment, record vital signs and patient data, educate patients on treatment and kidney health, and collaborate with nurses, dietitians, social workers, and other care team members. Preferred certifications or healthcare experience include CNA, MA, CHT, or phlebotomy, with paid training and opportunities for career development and full benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Accredited High School diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Comfortable around blood, needles, and medical equipment
- Physically able to work long shifts on your feet
- Willing to float between local clinics if needed
- Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
