Job Summary
Patient Care Technician (PCT) at DaVita to support patients with end-stage renal disease in an outpatient dialysis clinic. Deliver safe, hygienic, and compassionate dialysis care under RN supervision; monitor patients before, during, and after treatment; set up and maintain dialysis equipment; record vital signs and patient data; educate patients on treatment and kidney health; collaborate with nurses, dietitians, social workers, and other care team members. Requirements include an Accredited High School diploma or GED, comfort around blood and medical equipment, physical ability for long shifts, and willingness to float between local clinics. Preferred: CNA, MA, CHT, phlebotomy certification, or healthcare experience.
