Job Summary
Provide direct dialysis care to patients with end-stage renal disease in outpatient clinics under RN supervision. Deliver safe, hygienic, and compassionate dialysis care; monitor patients before, during, and after treatment; set up and maintain dialysis equipment; record vital signs and patient data; educate patients on treatment and kidney health; collaborate with nurses, dietitians, social workers, and other care team members. Requirements include an accredited high school diploma or GED, comfort with blood/needles and medical equipment, and physical ability to work long shifts. Flexible schedule (including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays) and willingness to float between local clinics. Preferred: CNA, MA, CHT, phlebotomy certification, or healthcare experience.
Required Qualifications
