Job Summary
Deliver direct, hands-on dialysis care to patients with end-stage renal disease under RN supervision. Responsibilities include monitoring patients before, during, and after treatment; setting up and maintaining dialysis equipment; recording vital signs and patient data; educating patients on treatment and kidney health; and collaborating with nurses, dietitians, social workers, and other care team members. Requires an Accredited High School diploma/GED or equivalent, comfort with blood/needles/medical equipment, ability to work long shifts, and flexibility to float between local clinics. Preferred certifications or healthcare experience include CNA, MA, CHT, or phlebotomy. Competitive benefits and career development opportunities offered.
Required Qualifications
- Accredited High School diploma, general education development (“GED”) credential, or equivalent
- Comfortable around blood, needles, and medical equipment
- Physically able to work long shifts on your feet
- Willing to float between local clinics if needed
- Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
