Job Summary
Provide direct, hands-on dialysis care under RN supervision in outpatient clinics. Deliver safe, hygienic, and compassionate treatment; monitor patients before, during, and after dialysis; set up and maintain dialysis equipment; record vital signs and patient data; educate patients on treatment and kidney health; collaborate with nurses, dietitians, social workers, and other care team members. Preferred certifications or healthcare experience (CNA, MA, CHT, phlebotomy) and willingness to float between local clinics; flexible scheduling including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Accredited High School diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Comfortable around blood, needles, and medical equipment
- Physically able to work long shifts on your feet
- Willing to float between local clinics if needed
- Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
