Job Summary
Direct dialysis care for patients with end-stage renal disease in an outpatient clinic, performed under RN supervision. Deliver safe, hygienic, and compassionate dialysis care; monitor patients before, during, and after treatment; set up and maintain dialysis equipment; record vital signs and patient data; educate patients on treatment and kidney health; collaborate with nurses, dietitians, social workers, and other care team members. Requires a high school diploma or GED; physically able to work long shifts; willingness to float between local clinics if needed; flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Preferred certifications include CNA, MA, CHT, phlebotomy, or healthcare experience.
