Job Summary
Deliver safe, hygienic, and compassionate dialysis care by monitoring patients before, during, and after treatment. Set up and maintain dialysis equipment while recording vital signs and patient data. Educate patients on treatment protocols and kidney health. Collaborate with nurses, dietitians, social workers, and other care team members. Requires a high school diploma or GED, comfort with blood and needles, and physical stamina for long shifts on your feet. Willingness to float between local clinics is necessary. Flexible schedule includes mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Accredited High School diploma, general education development (GED) credential, or equivalent
- Comfortable around blood, needles, and medical equipment
- Physically able to work long shifts on your feet
- Willing to float between local clinics if needed

- Must be able to effectively lead and coach others
- Strong attention to detail
