Job Summary
Patient Care Technician (PCT) at DaVita’s outpatient dialysis clinic: provide direct, hands-on dialysis care under RN supervision; responsibilities include monitoring patients before, during, and after treatment, setting up and maintaining dialysis equipment, recording vital signs and patient data, educating patients on treatment and kidney health, and collaborating with nurses, dietitians, social workers, and other care team members. Requires a High School diploma or GED; comfortable around blood, needles, and medical equipment; physical ability for long shifts; willingness to float between local clinics.
