Job Summary
Dialysis-focused patient-facing role providing direct, hands-on care under RN supervision in an outpatient clinic. Deliver safe and hygienic dialysis care, monitor patients before/during/after treatment, set up and maintain dialysis equipment, record vital signs and patient data, educate patients on treatment and kidney health, and collaborate with nurses, dietitians, social workers, and other members of the care team. Flexible schedule with potential to float between local clinics; must be comfortable around blood, needles, and medical equipment. Preferred certifications include CNA, MA, CHT, phlebotomy, or healthcare experience.
Required Qualifications
- Accredited High School diploma, GED credential, or equivalent
