Job Summary
Deliver safe, hygienic, and compassionate dialysis care by monitoring patients before, during, and after treatment. Set up and maintain dialysis equipment while recording vital signs and patient data. Educate patients on treatment and kidney health, collaborating with nurses, dietitians, social workers, and other care team members. Work long shifts on your feet, floating between local clinics as needed. Requires an accredited high school diploma or GED, comfort with blood and needles, and physical stamina. Preferred qualifications include CNA, MA, CHT, or phlebotomy certification.
Required Qualifications
- Accredited High School diploma, general education development ("GED") credential, or equivalent
- Comfortable around blood, needles, and medical equipment
- Physically able to work long shifts on your feet
- Willing to float between local clinics if needed
- Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Desired Qualifications
- CNA, MA, CHT, phlebotomy certification, or healthcare experience
