Job Summary
Deliver safe, hygienic, and compassionate dialysis care by monitoring patients before, during, and after treatment. Set up and maintain dialysis equipment while recording vital signs and patient data. Educate patients on treatment and kidney health, and collaborate with nurses, dietitians, social workers, and other care team members. This role requires an accredited high school diploma or GED, comfort around blood and needles, and the ability to work long shifts on your feet. You must be willing to float between local clinics and work flexible schedules including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Accredited High School diploma, general education development (GED) credential, or equivalent
- Comfortable around blood, needles, and medical equipment
- Physically able to work long shifts on your feet
- Willing to float between local clinics if needed
- Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to effectively lead and coach others
- Strong attention to detail
