Job Summary
Provide direct, hands-on dialysis care under RN supervision in an outpatient clinic. Deliver safe, hygienic, and compassionate dialysis services; monitor patients before, during, and after treatment; set up and maintain dialysis equipment; record vital signs and patient data; educate patients on treatment and kidney health; collaborate with nurses, dietitians, social workers, and other care team members. Preferred certifications include CNA, MA, CHT, or phlebotomy; healthcare experience is valued. Open to flexible scheduling and potential float between local clinics; robust training and career development opportunities available.
Required Qualifications
- Accredited High School diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Comfortable around blood, needles, and medical equipment
- Physically able to work long shifts on your feet
- Willing to float between local clinics if needed
- Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
