Job Summary
Provide direct, hands-on dialysis care under RN supervision to patients with end-stage renal disease in an outpatient clinic. Deliver safe, hygienic dialysis care, monitor patients before/during/after treatment, set up and maintain dialysis equipment, record vital signs and patient data, educate patients on treatment and kidney health, and collaborate with nurses, dietitians, social workers, and the care team. Requires comfortable handling blood, needles, and medical equipment; physically able to work long shifts and float between local clinics if needed. Preferred: CNA, MA, CHT, phlebotomy certification, or healthcare experience.
