Patient Care Technician

Provide direct, hands-on dialysis care under RN supervision to patients with end-stage renal disease in an outpatient dialysis clinic. Deliver safe, hygienic, and compassionate dialysis care; monitor patients before, during, and after treatment; set up and maintain dialysis equipment; record vital signs and patient data; educate patients on treatment and kidney health; collaborate with nurses, dietitians, social workers, and other care team members. Requires an Accredited High School diploma or GED (or equivalent); physically able to work long shifts and willing to float between local clinics if needed. Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Preferred: CNA, MA, CHT, phlebotomy certification, or healthcare experience.
