Job Summary
Dialysis-focused Patient Care Technician (PCT) in an outpatient clinic, delivering direct, hands-on care under RN supervision. Responsibilities include setting up and maintaining dialysis equipment, monitoring patients before, during, and after treatment, recording vital signs and patient data, ensuring safe and hygienic care, and educating patients on treatment and kidney health. Collaborates with nurses, dietitians, social workers, and other care team members to support patient health goals. Requires an Accredited High School diploma or GED, comfort with blood/needles and medical equipment, physical stamina for long shifts, and flexibility to float between local clinics.
