Patient Care Technician

Dialysis-focused Patient Care Technician role supporting end-stage renal disease patients in an outpatient clinic. Deliver direct, hands-on dialysis care under RN supervision, including setting up equipment, monitoring patients before/during/after treatment, recording vital signs, educating patients on treatment and kidney health, and collaborating with nurses, Dietitians, social workers, and other care team members. Requires comfort around blood/needles, physical ability for long shifts, and flexibility to float between local clinics.
