Job Summary
Provide direct, hands-on dialysis care to patients with end-stage renal disease in an outpatient clinic under RN supervision. Responsibilities include setting up and maintaining dialysis equipment, monitoring patients before, during, and after treatment, recording vital signs and patient data, educating patients on treatment and kidney health, and collaborating with nurses, dietitians, social workers, and other care team members. Preferred certifications or healthcare experience (e.g., CNA, MA, CHT, phlebotomy) are listed as favorable. Required Qualifications
- Accredited High School diploma, GED, or equivalent
