Patient Care Technician

Provide direct, hands-on dialysis care to patients with end-stage renal disease in an outpatient clinic under RN supervision. Responsibilities include setting up and maintaining dialysis equipment, monitoring patients before, during, and after treatment, recording vital signs and patient data, educating patients on treatment and kidney health, and collaborating with nurses, dietitians, social workers, and other care team members.
