Job Summary
Provide direct, hands-on dialysis care under RN supervision for patients with end-stage renal disease in outpatient clinics. Set up and maintain dialysis equipment, monitor patients before, during, and after treatment, record vital signs and patient data, educate patients on treatment and kidney health, and collaborate with nurses, dietitians, social workers, and other care team members. Requires HS diploma/GED or equivalent; comfortable with blood/needles; able to work long shifts; willingness to float between local clinics; flexible schedule including mornings/evenings/weekends/holidays. Preferred certifications include CNA, MA, CHT, or phlebotomy, or healthcare experience.
Required Qualifications
- Accredited High School diploma, general education development ( GED ) credential, or equivalent
- Comfortable around blood, needles, and medical equipment
- Physically able to work long shifts on your feet
- Willing to float between local clinics if needed
- Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Preferred: CNA, MA, CHT, phlebotomy certification, or healthcare experience
