Job Summary
Provide direct dialysis patient care under RN supervision in outpatient clinics, monitor and operate dialysis equipment, record vital signs and patient data, educate patients on treatment and kidney health, and collaborate with nurses, dietitians, social workers, and other care team members. Must have an accredited high school diploma or GED or equivalent; comfortable around blood and needles; physically able to work long shifts; flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Preferred: CNA, MA, CHT, phlebotomy certification, or healthcare experience. Open to floating between local clinics as needed.
